Junction Texas
Junction gets its name, not from the intersecting highways, but from the merging of the North and South Llano Rivers. Junction derives its official nick name “The Land of Living Waters” from the fact that there is more flowing water in Junction and Kimble County than any other county in the state. Junction is also known as “The Front Porch of the West”.
